Full-time Office-Based Business Development Manager

As we continue to grow and expand our presence, we are seeking a dedicated and results-driven Office-Based Business Development Manager to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in our company’s growth and success.

Position Overview

Based in Exeter you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and driving revenue growth. You will work closely with our existing sales and marketing teams to develop and implement strategies to expand our customer base and increase market share. You will have your own, established sales territory for which you will be responsible

Key Responsibilities

  • Grow and develop an existing sales territory
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of leads and opportunities.
  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Collaborate with the design and production teams to ensure client requirements are met.
  • Track and report on sales performance and provide monthly updates to the management team.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in business development, preferably in the signage or related industry.
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.

This is a salary and commission-based position. The package will be commensurate to your experience and expertise. Please note, this is a non-hybrid role, only locally based applicants will be considered.
